The Nintendo balance board looks similar to a household weight scale. Four AA batteries are needed to power up the board. Pressure sensors are used in the board to sense the balance of the gamer standing on it. These sensors use Bluetooth technology to send signals to the console. The balance board is claimed to support about 150kg while some experts suggest that it can withstand up to 300kg weight.
