Nintendo Bundles Guide

In 1985, the Nintendo Entertainment System was released in North America as "bundles" with two different configurations. Nowadays, of course, there are many bundles available - for the Wii, the DSi, the DS Lite, the Gamecube, and even a few used Nintendo 64 bundles. Each bundle in a Nintendo bundles package comes with a variety of gaming accessories and games.

Nintendo bundles are a great way to save money when buying a console, with all the games and accessories presented at significant savings. It's just a matter of deciding which one you like the best. We'll look at a few popular bundles in this article.

Nintendo Bundles - DSi

The Nintendo DSi is a top of the range hand-held gaming system that is perfect for playing when you're out and about. It's got touch screen controls, the ability to download games and other apps from the DS shop, and great audio quality. That audio quality comes in handy when you use it to play back your favorite music, or connect to the internet with a wireless connection. It's even got a built in camera, with 11 interactive lenses so you can customize your shots.

You can use the DSi to connect to the Wii, download demos, and play against friends, so it is really versatile. It even lets you record your own voice.

There are several Nintendo DSi bundles available. The most basic comes with one game, Clubhouse Games that is a actually a collection of 42 games. Clubhouse games has more than 20 board, card and party games, plus others. They include checkers, poker, darts, bowling, backgammon, bridge, and billiards. You can play alone or with up to 7 friends. With the touch screen, it's really easy to play these old favorites.

Then there's the Nintendo DSi Bundle with two games. These games are Golden Compass and Orcs and Elves. The Golden Compass game is based on the movie, and you have to rescue the kidnapped children and stop the Gobblers. It's a lot of fun.

Orcs and Elves is a classic 'good v's evil' adventure game, which are always popular and fun to play.

Another type of Nintendo DSi bundle includes Clubhouse games, Brain Age 2, and a 2GD SD memory card. The memory card has a high storage and transfer rate, and doesn't use a lot of battery power. Brain Age 2 is designed to give your brain a workout, in a fun way. Some of the games include playing songs on a piano keyboard, watching a photo finish in a race, acrostics, a picture drawing challenge that you can play with family and friends, a connect the dots challenge, and over 100 sudoku puzzles.

Nintendo Bundles For The Wii

The Nintendo Wii is a hugely popular system that appeals to players of all ages. Unlike previous video games, the Wii system lets you really connect with the game. The Wii remote uses an intuitive motion sensing control based on natural movements like a flick of the wrist, and the Wii Nunchuk controller also contains an analog stick to help move characters. The Nunchuk also has a motion sensor built in. Both types of controllers work in conjunction with each other, and which type you use will depend on the game. Sometimes you will use both.

The Wii does many things - you can create a caricature of yourself, and thus play yourself in a game. You can send photos, and even check the weather. And you can play all Nintendo games on the Wii, even those designed for the earlier consoles. You can also download games, saving you a trip to the store.
